Q. How does it work?
Select the items you wish to rent by adding them to your wish list, and we will contact you within 48 hours with a quote. If you prefer to call us to inquire about availability for your date, you can do so at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. What are your minimums?
We currently have a $1500 minimum for all orders. This does not include delivery.
Q. What happens if an item is lost or damaged?
At the time of your reservation, you will be required to sign a waiver holding you responsible for lost or damaged goods. For lost or damaged textiles (rugs, pillows, throws) we charge three times the amount of the rental price. For larger items including chairs, settees, sofas, and tables, the amount will depend on repair, reupholstery, or replacement. If a furniture item is lost, you will be charged for it’s full replacement value. For Tabletop items such as flatware, glassware, and chargers, we charge two times the amount of the rental price for an unreturned or damaged item. You will receive a follow-up invoice within 72 hours of your event of any incidentals.
Rest assured, a member of our staff will carefully inspect each rental piece before it is delivered to your event to ensure its condition.
Q. How does delivery work? Do you allow for pick-up?
We deliver up to 100 miles outside of our warehouse in Van Nuys, CA. The cost of delivery depends on the number of items as well the distance traveled.
For next day load-out times, (12:30AM onwards) will incur an additional $175 fee.
*Calligraphy services, as well as our damage fee do not count towards the minimum.
We do not ship or allow pick-up for any items.
Q. Do you have a showroom?
We do! Our showroom is located at 11912 Vose St., North Hollywood, CA 91605.
Q. How does payment work?
Once you are ready to place your order, we require a 50% non refundable deposit due upon signing of our proposal and damage waiver. The remaining 50% will be due no later than 14 days prior to your event. Late payments will result in a $275 late fee. We do not accept payments 72 hours prior to an event.
Q. What if my event is in less than a week?

Q. What if I need to rent a piece(s) for more than one day?

Q. When are you open?
Our showroom is open by appointment only, Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm PST.
